At Baby Momma Drama LLC every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because we use a print-on-demand production process, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However — we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.

✨ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Or not what you ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at babymommadramallc@gmail.com.

Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

📦 Size & Color Selection

Because each item is custom printed, we cannot offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Color changes

• Buyer’s remorse

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help!

🚚 Shipping Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

• Please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

• If the address entered at checkout was incorrect, we are not responsible for replacement costs.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

• Shipping delays caused by weather or other unforeseen 

 Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• Approved defective or damaged items

• Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
